DESCRIPTION: These falls are located in a canyon 80m wide in the southern region. Recognized worldwide for their breathtaking beauty, one of the falls is 147ft (45m) high in freefall, and the other is 262ft (20m) high in stepped fall, forming at its base a pool of 3,280 square feet and 20 feet deep, (1,000 square metres, about 6 metres deep.) The waters stay at a very cool temperature all year around. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACES OF THE SOUTH PACIFIC in COSTA RICA.
WHAT TO BRING: Swimwear, bug spray, sunscreen, hiking shoes, snacks, cameras, waterproofing for all your electronics, shorts, tank tops, or fast drying clothes, and a light rain jacket or windbreaker if it happens to be the rainy season.
